సీతమ్మ వాకిట్లో సిరిమల్లె చెట్టు

We see many movies in a cycle of an year. And we like some movies which are superb. Yet this differs from movie to movie. One might be about Love story, while other says about Social awareness, wr other is good in fiction while other at fantasy. So we can't compare Independence day with Baby's day out, both are good movies yet different element.

On same lines, after long time ..(really dont know when) I saw a complete movie...
Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu... సీతమ్మ వాకిట్లో సిరిమల్లె చెట్టు .. a complete telugu title :):)

really really really good. Simple and fantastic movie.
I remember Bommarillu, Ala modalaindi, Gamyam , Vedam are few good movies in recent past.
This Good I meant a movie which you can take your grand parents too or the one which u can watch along with your family members...

Unlike Sankranthi movie where S.A.Rajkumar's theme music pulls your strings of heart and bring down tears every 15minutes,  this movie is not too sentimental. Yet, its all about relations especially the male siblings!
Senti and Comedy are in appropriate proportions!

Some feel its a TV serial, but lemme say its nt like the routine irritating TV serials of these days :)

After 2 and Half hours I felt, 'not a problem it shud have been there for some more time' ;)
Family drama...but no over acting  or over reaction of the characters. Good amount of Fun and there's no element which you want to stereo type this as... because u have Mahesh, Venki and Samantha..the 3 different examples !

And Anjali, the telugu born actress who acted in tamil movie shopping mall, is absolutely good.
I bet, she is the next Sneha of the Telugu industry ! Very much homely and lively..  The Rajahmundry slang of the actress just brought more nativity.

I don't want to speak the negatives because there might be some, but positives are the brothers.
The scenes and few dialogues between the two, make you feel for it. Venkatesh babu నవ్వితే50days, ఏడిస్తే 100 days అని అన్నారు ఎవరో.. Its true.
And Mahesh babu's smile is enuf... and the comedy, dialogue n the silent punch in the right time by Prince made it more enjoyable !

Bottom line of the story - Good people good family are the reason for a good society !  "Sarvejana Sukhinobhavanthu!"
After many days in Tollywood, you might see a 100 day (in these days) movie. Its worth.
Not planning to watch any movie immediately because I don't want to come out of this hangover :D

Must watch and should nt be missed...
Worth watching with family.....
If you have an elder/younger bro, go with him :).. I just did..

iTs The tiMe fOR a NeW CuP...

This is a humble request from (written by) me for the business for the welfare of all IT and IT related employees of what so ever organization they belong to. Various factors and aspects are considered while putting this.

Targets the Budding Entrepreneurs, Growing IT Cos and Conglomerates..(in fact SELECT ALL IT Cos:P)

Dedicated to: The many IITians, MBAs and PGSEM Grads of IIMs(for which I have utmost respect) who dare to quit their jobs(of tens of lakhs of salary) to achieve some thing.Hats off Guys !
Ever since I have seen/stayed in the cities Hyderabad or Bangalore, I realized few major things. Most of the IT people are from AP. Out of the 60% outers in these IT citizens,30% are from AP and for sure among this 30..,75% are from coastal AP. Added to this, when I spent some more time thinking the same I understood, money i.e., my job is the only reason for me to work in Bangalore. (Of course romantic climate is secondary) or for my friend to work in Chennai. Had there been a chance to work in my own city, why would I ever come here? When considered many other features, the below might look very small. But when some one,its me,digs deep the route and does some route cause analysis, its here you've to reach. And I am doing that job for you my dear Entrepreneurs!
The reason for writing this is to awaken the dormant or forgotten scope of expanding IT industry in Coastal Andhra Pradesh.

Scene #1: Separation as dis-/advantage
Keeping the recent issues pertaining to separate state, industrialists & educated people realized that its been foolish we have invested (IT perspective) every thing ONLY in Hyderabad where the rest of the state has been left untouched. And its the main hub and now that's the main reason for which activists feel proud about. #No offence. Yes you've to be.

Scene #2The language barrier.
Yes, I agree we have to learn the other language when we stay in other state. I totally agree. But when most of the people speak my language, I hardly find any scope and need for learning it. Its justified on their part too. But I cant learn a language unless I have utter necessity or love to the core. And I cant let some idiot moron shout at me when I politely speak in Hindi or English, in a Govt office for some signature (wr that person is supposed to converse in either of the above.) Or I cant fight back with the auto wala or Gas wala when he charges me more and he yells in his language and I control my self and keep quiet 'every dog has its day' !

Scene #3: Living
And the added issue is the growing cost of living. Taken any random common man has quite a wrong notion that a software engineer has no other job than counting his salary in bank account. Poor me:(  No one knows the difficulties except who is in it/IT !  This has cumulative effect to abnormal demand and hike in prices every where starting from coconut water to an idli wala, from an auto wala to a cable wala. Every one says, you're an IT person, and you yourself give me Rs.100 only,(for which he used to take 30 bucks earlier) he speaks as if I am working to earn for his family :|  This is just a gist. If needed in detail, it would take another post ;)
And coming to the landlords. Not all are as lucky as my other friend who's owner doesn't threaten every now n then to vacate the house knowing we're IT bachelors and increment of 2000 is just 500 burden per head ! Not for laughs, but it happens.
And the most important for male bachelors and least for females is the food, alias mess. Had it been hyderabad, its a heaven for us because we have numerous curry points just like we have malayali bakeries here in bangalore :)

Scene #4: Travel
And last but not the least is the travel. Yeah there I see many eyes wide open and trying to book their tickets to Home for next week.
Yes this is what the most irksome. The usual but un excusable hike of prices during weekends and the unethical cum abnormal surge during festive season and holiday break, by the travels including APSRTC is one bloody reason why anyone would nt travel or would prefer trains.(But lemme tell you, even ten trains in same route would not be sufficient ! Lets discuss this topic later.)On the top my company doesn't consider this to be claimed as LTA for tax exemption in which 2K expenses will be spent on travel home once a month !
And if its Hyderabd, the crooked APSRTC charges double the regular price during festival season and provides a bus that is worse than usual Super Luxury bus. Extra Facility: No Push back, Window glass struck, Pouring rain droplets, No Door at all, Double AC and cold+cough n fever free overnight !

So these are the 4 basic things which we/any one desperately want to avoid in life. Don't mind I take up time explaining the plight of an IT guy, because only me(such me-s) know how it would be spending the money unnecessarily !
After all FOOD, SHELTER , TRAVEL and DIGNITY are basic need for a person who stays far from home ;) #I just revised.

....scenes end....  now Asli topic:

Of course we have IT people from Rayalaseema (R-in my map) region where Nellore(of course coastal AP as per map) & Chittor people have advantage of Language and distance barrier, Bangalore and Chennai are n/d-earer to them. When it comes to Anantapur and Kadapa, these people show interest to work from Bangalore and mostly Kurnool is towards the Hyderabad route, they love to travel to little Northwards and work in Hyderabad itself. So the rest of the area has to be coastal AP starting from Ongole (Prakasam Dt) till Vishaka,Vizianagaram & Srikakulam Dts. (Shown as C in the map above) Turn to your left and ask a telugu guy where s/he is from, s/he would say s/he is from Vijayawada or Ongole.
So the idea is why can't the entrepreneurs use this as a chance of focusing on these Geographical areas. It might be little far from major cities, but trust me it has many advantages. Its needless to say a satisfied employee provides better productivity. One is near to home, less traffic and better ambiance.
Because an IT co is IT co once you enter the ODC(lay man terms:Software company office). The rest all are technical aspects where you can set up. And as said, early bird catches the prey !
Let me classify the area I am speaking as RED and GREEN boxes in my map.

Red Zone:
Guntur and Vijayawada, a hub of education yet we have very few small IT companies. But these need a big lead and it can be one among YOU !
And the area between Ongloe and Guntur Dts, is very vast and of course the real estate is. Yet, we still have scope to develop. I hear alot of news aired in this region that Mirch yard or Spice yard/board gonna be set up, or Township venture gonna be started or some thing else but no one says an IT hub comes up.
And Vijayawada-The city from which many of your IT resources hail from, is a better city among all around there.
And the vast area between Vijayawada(Vjw) and Guntur is perfect place for any IT hub where Gannavaram airport is just an other 19Kms. And this is on NH-5, wonderful stretch of roads, highway and every thing(of course now they're making it non stop HW by constructing flyovers where it meets the small towns)

The next comes the West and East godavari dts, from where, you find your associates take a day extra leave saying, 'Sorry boss, I could not reach in time, as I don't have bus/train ticket to come back to office by monday morning'. Yes. But its just 4-5 hours from this Gnt-Vjw area instead of 10-14 hours. And its needless to say how serene and calm the Godavari districts are, and how polite and sweet the people are. I love this land.

Green Zone:
Stretching beyond the East Godavari which is towards the Vishakapatnam (or Vizag), which already has ITes offices of Wipro, Mah Satyam etc but not biggies like TCSs and etc, yet they need more competition. And dear budding Cos, once they come you know how the competition would be. I don't want to explain it because I am just a kid, but you're the entrepreneur. I don wanna question your intellectual brain!
So be a small competitor or you be a beginner who start up in this place Gnt-Vjw.

And I am no where trying to say, its only for Telugu people. This is to say when compared to BGLR, CHENNAI or PUNE , MUMBAI if we have IT hub in Gnt-Vjw or coastal AP region, its always better for the people going from AP. Also to let you know that there are enough resources for you to run the projects and handle big accounts with the people you have around. Cut down the costs and increase your profits, boss !!
Added to this IT citizens from border (of AP) Odisha are familiar with Telugu and Vizag areas. And why not we expand more for the welfare  of every one. Also we can comfort the silly people who foolishly feel outers come here and loot the employment of localites..
Its truly a WIN-WIN situation for every one.

If I get a similar job with the pay I get here, (slightly negotiable) I would love to prefer that. Now it might be too much of me, but once you start, you will understand this.

Any HR, as a trial version can conduct a voting campaign at your office and ask what might be the reason for that. I bet they will see one of the reasons among what I said above... :)

Be the reason for the change. Take that new cup rather than pouring in the same old one !!

PS: I know there are many constraints in this, my idea is to say its not IMPOSSIBLE and to be an EARLY BIRD.
Disclaimer: I have no sweetness/sourness to/against Telangana as far as this article is concerned. Hence try to get my point. Pl don't jump in to other conclusions.

Always the same,
Satya Prakash
